$150 per team — 2 anglers per team

Discover the birds, wildlife, and natural beauty of Plaquemines Parish at Wings Over the Delta – the First Annual Plaquemines Parish Birding Festival.From the forested wetlands of the upper parish to the marshes and coastal habitats near the mouth of the Mississippi River, Plaquemines Parish is home to an incredible variety of resident and migratory birds. Wings Over the Delta will celebrate these natural resources while introducing residents and visitors to the growing opportunities for birding, conservation, ecotourism, and outdoor recreation throughout Louisiana’s Delta Country.

Whether you’re an experienced birder, a nature enthusiast, or picking up binoculars for the first time, this family-friendly festival will offer something for everyone.

The festival will begin as the forest comes alive with a 6:30 AM Sunrise Birding Walk through Woodlands Conservancy.
